- Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Read and apply construction plans and specs.
- Keep everything safe and compliant.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Report progress to the project leader.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
- 5 years of commercial construction experience (concrete and rebar experience is a plus)
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools
- Math whiz (arithmetic, algebra, geometry)
- Blueprint reading skills
- Top-notch communication and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy (Procore knowledge is a plus)
- Strong safety focus (CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications)
