Administrative Customer Service Representative

Tiger is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Harris Street office in Charlottesville. This role combines customer service, problem-solving, phone support, and administrative responsibilities. • Welcome visitors and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Serve as a centralized phone contact for Tiger Wash and The Market locations.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns related to memberships, rewards, retail transactions, and customer programs.
• Research customer accounts and process authorized refunds, cancellations, and rewards adjustments.
• Take ownership of customer issues through resolution and escalate when needed.
• Assist with customer enrollment and administration of fleet and rewards programs.
• Track purchases, incentives, and program activity and coordinate with Accounting as needed.
• Compile and distribute daily and periodic operational reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and administrative records.
• Coordinate office deliveries and maintain office supplies.
• Provide general receptionist and administrative support.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, retail, call-center, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to remain professional and solution-focused when handling challenging customer situations.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
• A Can Do! attitude and a passion for providing quality, best-in-class customer service.

• In-person position at our Charlottesville, VA office.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use.
