Virginia Veterinary Specialty & Emergency is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated emergency department team in Charlottesville, VA. The CSR will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, handling scheduling, check-ins, payments, and record-keeping with empathy and professionalism.
This full-time CSR role requires flexibility for 11AM–11PM shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with night differential pay.
