This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Charlottesville, VA. The role will contribute to projects from initial design through construction, ensuring both creative excellence and technical precision, under the guidance of senior staff.

• Project Delivery:
  • Follow architectural projects from concept design through construction completion.
  • Ensure well‑documented and buildable solutions with high design and technical quality.
  • Work closely with consultants and our internal team to develop design solutions that meet client program & budget needs.
• Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure project drawings and specifications adhere to building codes.
  • Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy.

• 5 to 15+ years of professional experience in an architecture office.
• Demonstrated ability to document and deliver complex projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work in‑person in our Charlottesville office.
