Are you a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician seeking a rewarding and balanced career? Community Medicine, UVA is excited to invite you to join our dedicated, patient-focused team in Charlottesville, VA. We are seeking two dynamic physicians to help drive excellence in patient care. With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, this is your chance to thrive in a supportive and collaborative practice

- Flexible Scheduling Options
- Full-time (4.5 days/week with one afternoon off) Part-time options available (3.5-4 days/week)
- Practice Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8 AM-5 PM;
Saturday: 8 AM-12 PM (rotational coverage, single physician)
- Monday-Friday: 8 AM-5 PM;
- Reasonable Call Schedule:
- Shared call rotation among 6-7 providers
- Provide high-quality care to adults (16+), including preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions
- Care for an average of 15 patients per day, ensuring meaningful interactions and exceptional outcomes
- Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and experienced support staff
- Convenient, Collaborative Setting:
- Outpatient clinic with onsite lab, imaging, ample parking, and a small-practice feel supported by UVA Health's top-rated resources and physician-led team.
- Supportive Staff:
- Well-balanced provider-to-staff ratio with 18+ full-time team members, including nurses, medical assistants, billing specialists, and more
- Compensation & Incentives:
- Guaranteed base salary & quality incentive (pro-rated for part-time)
- Significant productivity incentives after the first year
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
