Emergency Medicine Nocturnist Physician
US Acute Care Solutions – Charlottesville, VA
OverviewA full‑time nocturnist covering the Emergency Department 24/7, working both at the main hospital and at Sentara Martha Jefferson Outpatient Care Center.
Responsibilities- Provide continuous emergency care, rotating shifts covering nighttime hours.
- Collaborate with Hospitalists, ED staff, and other clinicians using Epic EMR.
- Manage STEMI and stroke emergencies, provide primary stroke center coverage.
- Participate in quality improvement and hospital governance.
- Board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine.
- At least one year of post‑residency Emergency Medicine experience.
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- $100,000 equity ownership after 3 years of employment
- Company‑funded 10% 401(k) up to IRS limit ($35,000)

- $6,500 for state and DEA license in year one for new graduates
