Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is seeking a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our collegial and highly respected team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, a 176-bed award-winning hospital located in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia.

Position Highlights Care Team Model Diverse case mix with no trauma, burns, or transplants.

Call schedule of 1:14 with a post-call day off.

Shift-based compensation model with expected annual compensation of $489,000+ and opportunities for additional earnings.

Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually.

Generous sign-on/commencement bonus.
10 weeks of paid time off.

Annual CME allowance of $7,500.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage.

Two retirement plans with employer contributions.

Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $ - $ annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

Note:

If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
