The Darden School of Business (https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) at the University of Virginia (https://) invites applications for a faculty position in Business Ethics beginning in Fall 2026 to teach Business Ethics and related subjects to MBA and Executive level audiences.
The Darden School values rigorous and original research, student-centered learning experiences, excellence in curriculum development, and advancing thought leadership in business practice or public policy.
Primary responsibilities would be teaching and developing curricular materials.
Current faculty in our area teaching Business Ethics related courses include R. Edward Freeman, Toni Irving, Jared Harris, Lauren Kaufmann, Adrian Keevil, Bidhan (Bobby) Parmar, and Robert Phillips. A terminal degree is required. Academic General Faculty (AGF) applicants are expected to bring something distinctive to the School, such as outstanding teaching, high visibility and effectiveness in working with practicing managers and executives, or a particularly noteworthy research niche.
