• Conduct field and laboratory testing related to building enclosure and facilities inspection.
• Schedule and supervise facilities technicians on site and in the laboratory.
• Consult on testing, property condition assessments, forensic investigations, and design of repair solutions for existing structures.
• Interact with senior staff on a variety of projects, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
• Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of testing results in accordance with company policy.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering preferred.
• 4–6 years of related building enclosure or facilities field inspection experience.
• All applicable professional certifications required (e.g., NRCA, IIBEC, AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector). Professional certifications are highly desired.
• Strong organization, time‑management, reliability, and self‑motivation.
