This role helps families who don't have time to clean their own homes. With a career in house cleaning, you will bring them joy and relief, and reward yourself in the process.

No experience required. We will train you, and you'll delight customers with our simple system. Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income.

We provide a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies and training, all appointments, a housekeeper uniform, and a company car so you don’t have to use your own.

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour plus tips and bonuses, dependent on your experience, quality of work, and speed. Drivers may earn more.

Earn paid time off up to 10 days per year.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our process to delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Make customers feel cared for and deliver excellent service.
• If you are a team lead: manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, and ensure the vehicle is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain equipment and assist with basic cleaning equipment maintenance.

This job will be a great fit for you if you enjoy working with different types of people, on a team, in varied environments, and performing physical work with attention to detail. You like learning new things and providing great customer service.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Completed a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
