Event Captain

Event Captains | $18-$25/hr (Based on Experience)

Are you an organized, confident leader with a passion for hospitality? Were looking for Event Captains to lead our front-of-house team and help execute smooth, unforgettable events. Youll be the point person on-site, making sure every detail runs seamlessly and every guest feels well taken care of.

Lead the event staff on-site, keeping service smooth and efficient

Oversee event setup, food & beverage stations, bussing areas, and clean-up

Coordinate with sales, operations, and kitchen teams to ensure every detail on the event order is executed

Assign and supervise tasks for event staff on the day of the event

Support the team hands-on and step in wherever needed to keep things flowing

Manage inventory, loading/unloading, and confirm all items are accounted for before and after events

Provide outstanding service to both guests and staff while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards

Send post-event reports and feedback to the team

️ At least 2 years of catering or event operations experience
️ Strong leadership and communication skills
️ Great with people and thrives in team environments
️ Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
️ Comfortable making decisions under pressure
️ Able to lift 4050 lbs and work on your feet for long hours
️ Familiar with standard banquet setups and FOH operations
️ Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and event software (e.g., Tripleseat a plus)
️ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• This is an event-based role with most events scheduled on Fridays and weekends
