Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Contract Event Helper to assist in the planning, setup, and execution of various events at our Charlottesville location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.

- Support event coordinators with logistical tasks and guest services.

- Ensure all event spaces are clean and presentable before, during, and after events.

- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with vendors and other staff members to ensure smooth event operations.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the event manager.
