Chief Financial Officer

Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge (WC ), located in Albemarle County, Virginia, adjacent to the city of Charlottesville, seeks an experienced and distinguished executive to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is an exceptional opportunity to lead all financial, risk, and treasury functions at a diverse Life Plan Community with 389 residences, 300+ employees, and annual revenues of $43 million.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working closely with the Board, the next CFO will have primary responsibility for managing the financial affairs of WC  and will provide leadership and direction for WC 's finance, treasury, banking, accounting, auditing, budgeting and financial reporting activities. In addition, the CFO manages the purchasing department and serves as the Risk Officer. A strong focus on mission and the ability to evolve and envision the future of WC  and senior living are priorities for the new leader.

The CFO will have superb strategic and operational acumen along with the ability to build relationships and engage others. WC 's next CFO will finalize and implement the organization's budget.
