* Qualifications:

*** A Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program.
* Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License
* Demonstrate competency in therapy treatment, evaluation principles, techniques, and materials & equipment utilization. Attainable productivity expectations.
** Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*** Evaluate, Review, and Screen patient’s/resident’s medical charts, evaluations under physician order and develop a treatment plan in accordance with patient’s needs.
* Implement treatment plan through direct treatment, as well as education of the plan of care to all team members, including providing necessary supervision for PTAs.
* Maintain accurate billing information in accordance with facility procedures daily.
* Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of rehab team, as well as conducting staff/family training and education when appropriate.
