* Job Summary
* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical ailments, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, systems, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes across diverse populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics.

* Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
• Implement treatment programs that may include exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for maintaining health post-discharge.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices, particularly in orthopedics and geriatrics.

* Experience
*

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in orthopedics or geriatrics.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is essential.
• Familiarity with developing care plans and discharge planning processes is highly desirable.
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members are necessary.
