What You’ll Do:
- Lead patients from initial consultation to full enrollment with confidence and compassion.
- Maintain communication throughout treatment to motivate and reduce drop-off.
- Follow up with leads and unclosed cases to keep schedules full and patients engaged.
- Engage in ongoing training, feedback, and personal development.
- Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and provide a 5-star patient experience.
What You Bring:
- A people-first mindset and passion for meaningful conversations.
- 2+ years in sales, patient coordination, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to master scripts and close confidently.
- Drive to meet KPIs and grow professionally.
