What You’ll Do:

• Lead patients from initial consultation to full enrollment with confidence and compassion.
• Maintain communication throughout treatment to motivate and reduce drop-off.
• Follow up with leads and unclosed cases to keep schedules full and patients engaged.
• Engage in ongoing training, feedback, and personal development.
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and provide a 5-star patient experience.

What You Bring:

• A people-first mindset and passion for meaningful conversations.
• 2+ years in sales, patient coordination, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to master scripts and close confidently.
• Drive to meet KPIs and grow professionally.
