Job Description
UVA Imaging is actively hiring a Full‑time MRI Technologist to join our dedicated team in Charlottesville, VA.
Position Details- Full‑time candidate required, but open to part‑time or PRN employment.
- Evening and/or weekend coverage requested.
- Shift differential pay for weekend and evening shifts.
- Outpatient setting – no on‑call, no holidays.
- Full‑time employment is eligible for full benefits.
- Competitive base pay plus premium shift differential for qualifying shifts.

- Minimum associate’s degree in radiology or graduate of an accredited two‑year radiology program.
- Registered by ARRT in Radiography or by ARMIT and maintaining current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT.
- MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT required upon hire for IDTF centers; non‑IDTF centers require MR advanced registration within 12 months of employment.
- Must meet state licensure requirement for state of practice.
