Responsible for the direction/coordination of the business and operational activities of departments assigned at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia
. As a member of the executive team, this position is responsible for the direction and oversight of implementing the following items. Implementation of the program development goals as outlined in the strategic plan for the facility. Identification of necessary physician recruitment needs to support plan. Direct oversight for specific departments as outlined in the organizational chart.

• Master's Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing or related field required

• 5+ years of leadership experience in an inpatient, acute care hospital setting overseeing operations.
• Director or Vice President, Operations experience required.
