Your Role In Recovery
Imagine you're a superhero, but instead of a cape, you’ve got a stethoscope and some resistance bands. As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you’re the go-to expert for people who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or just dealing with the day-to-day aches and pains of life. Your job? Help them get back to feeling awesome, one move at a time!

• Custom Treatment Plans: design personalized plans involving stretching, strengthening, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, heat, ice).
• Therapeutic Exercises and Manual Therapy: guide patients through exercises and stretches to build strength and flexibility.
• Progress Tracking: monitor progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
• Patient Coach and Educator: teach injury prevention, posture, and safe movement.
• Team Player: collaborate with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to ensure quality care.
• High Fives and High Expectations: support patients in returning to active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
