• Experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is enthusiastic about empowering clients with strength & independence.
• Familiarity with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Geriatric, and/or Outpatient settings.

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment interventions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient strength, mobility, and function.
• Provide training to individuals and others involved in their rehabilitation, documenting results.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Support the treatment plan by documenting and reporting status changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant training program.
• Current PTA certification in the state of practice.
• Live CPR certification.
• Two‑step TB skin test required.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Knowledge of evidence‑based therapy interventions.
• Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics, and/or home health settings.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; lifting or transferring patients up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.
• Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods.
• Additional physical requirements: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently.
• Health screen or examination may be required before assignment and periodically thereafter.
