The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hospital Medicine at the University of Virginia (UVA) School of Medicine is seeking a qualified Assistant Professor of Research (Research Support Track). This is a non‑tenure track faculty position focused on hospital‑based research, initially on fall risk assessment and falls in the inpatient setting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the division’s research portfolio by developing new research programs, designing and executing independent research projects, conducting data analysis, and contributing to the preparation of manuscripts for peer‑reviewed publication.
