Intely Care - : [Nursing Assistant / Patient Health] As a Registered Medication Aide at Intely Care, you'll:
Prep and administer medications to patients and residents in post-acute facilities near you;
Supervise residents' self-administration of medications, including reminders as needed;
Verify the right person, drug, dose, route, and time against the Medication Administration Record (MAR);
Document interventions, vital signs, or other data related to medication administration;
Maintain confidentiality of residents;
Assist residents with activities of daily life (ADLs).
