The role is a three 12-hour shift position (7p–7a) with required call and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500. New graduates are encouraged to join the Early 2027 transition cohort after NCLEX completion.
The RN will work under preceptors, gain competency through the residency program, and progress toward independent practice while delivering high-quality care.
