Alula connects experienced caregivers with families who hire and pay them directly. We’re building a select network of Care Pros who take their work seriously and deserve support, recognition, and fair pay.

Help people living with dementia or Parkinson’s have safer, fuller days ending on each person’s needs and your qualifications, you’ll:

• Support personal care, dressing, meals, and daily routines with dignity.

You may be a CNA, PCA, LPN, social worker, or another experienced care professional with formal training. You may be an empty nester who cared for your mom and learned through years of helping her through daily life.

Alula was founded by a geriatrician, an ER physician and medical educator, a longtime family caregiver, and an operations leader. We built the Care Pro network to help families find excellent caregivers and give those caregivers support in their work.
