American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position requiring active RRT certification and a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
Requirements
- RRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 4 years of experience required; candidates with 2+ years will be considered
- ACCS certification preferred
- Valid VA license required; license pending accepted if candidate holds another active state license and can obtain VA temporary license before start
- License required if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required for SRO Float Pool and Inpatient Units
Responsibilities
- 13-week contract assignment in the Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics-RRT unit
- Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays
- RTO is not approved around the Christmas holiday period
- Candidates must wait 12 months before returning as a traveler at this facility
- No radius rule in place for this position
