Assistant Laundry Supervisor

Assistant Laundry Supervisor – will support the Director with daily operations, team supervision, and production flow. Ensure resort linen quality and delivery schedules are consistently met.

• Assign daily workloads and monitor production.
• Inspect quality and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Train and support laundry staff in daily operations.
• Act as supervisor in the Director’s absence.

• 2–3 years of laundry or housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership ability.
• Familiarity with laundry machinery and processes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
