Location: Charlottesville, VA office

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles within the company.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to onboard new employees and facilitate a smooth transition into their roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and other HR software tools.
