DAn Solutions is seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to support a mission-critical application environment for a federal intelligence customer. This role will focus on developing and administering CI/CD build and deployment pipelines, automating deployment processes, integrating Dev Sec Ops tools, and supporting secure software delivery in a DoD environment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and is comfortable working with containerization, orchestration, automation scripting, cloud environments, and Agile software development teams.
Responsibilities- Develop, administer, and maintain CI/CD build and deployment pipelines.
- Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation scripts.
- Implement security controls throughout CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and environment issues.
- Integrate Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops tools into automated pipelines.
- Work closely with development teams to introduce new services and applications into the deployment pipeline.
- Automate deployment processes using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
- Support containerized and orchestrated environments.
- Participate in Agile development ceremonies and technical planning.
- Maintain technical and system documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of Dev Ops engineering experience
, including implementing CI/CD pipelines in DoD environments. - Experience integrating Dev Sec Ops tools, including technologies supporting:
- Containerization
- Orchestration
- Virtualization
- Monitoring/logging
- Automated testing
- Experience developing and testing automation scripts using Python, Bash, and/or Power Shell
. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience supporting secure enterprise environments.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer – Professional
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Dev Ops Engineer
- Equivalent Dev Ops/cloud certification
Salary Range Disclaimer: The posted salary range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum compensation DAn Solutions expects to pay for this position. The position may be filled at different Labor Category (LCAT) levels depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contract requirements. Final compensation within the posted range will be determined based on the applicable LCAT and factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and other required qualifications
