This is a full-time, on-site Associate position located in Charlottesville, VA. The Associate will play igen critical role in representing clients across a variety of legal matters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, working closely with senior attorneys, and effectively managing case files. Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, attending court hearings, and maintaining professionalism while collaborating with clients and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes.

• Strong legal research, case analysis, and drafting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Current and active Virginia Bar License
• Prior experience in litigation or relevant practice areas is preferred
• Commitment to professionalism, client service, and collaboration
• Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines
