The Lead Superintendent oversees the construction of complex healthcare projects, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring project teams, collaborating with management, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. The role requires strategic leadership and innovation in the evolving construction industry.

• Enforce safety policies and promote safety compliance.
• Support sales efforts and promote the company in the healthcare sector.
• Establish project build strategies and workflow documentation.
• Manage project schedules, supervise subcontractors, and coordinate permits and inspections.
• Assist in scope development and bidding processes.
• Monitor budget, control costs, and manage changes.
• Attend project meetings, report progress, and resolve field issues.
• Ensure quality standards in field installations.
• Mentor and support upcoming Superintendents and team members.

• Minimum 15 years of healthcare construction experience on large projects.
• Experience leading healthcare projects ≥ $500 million.
• At least 8 years of direct supervision of project teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region.
• Regional experience and contractor knowledge.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• OSHA 30 certification.
