Job Description

The Project Manager, Membership will be responsible for project management and delivery within the Global Membership team. This role will provide oversight and leadership to ensure that projects are completed on time, in budget, in scope and that the project objectives and Return on Investment (ROI) are met. The project manager will champion the adoption of project management best practices across the Global Membership team, foster continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, and ensure robust monitoring and reporting of key membership initiatives.

This role may be assigned projects that vary in size, duration, and complexity. The position works directly with colleagues and cross‑functional partners in development and execution of projects to manage/reduce risk and deliver projected business outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience in project management (specifically on the business side)

• Strong experience with stakeholder management and cross functional leadership PMP or Agile Certifications
