- Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
- Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.

- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.

- You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, you demonstrate a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies.

- You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
- You have a college degree or military equivalent.
- You’ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager.
- You’ll need to be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state.
This position is subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators and the SAFE Act. Employment is contingent upon compliance with applicable licensing and background review. Any felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies consideration.
