We’re seeking a
** hands-on, solutions-driven technician
** to lead prototype development, process improvements, and tooling design. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and enjoy seeing your work directly influence production and product innovation, this role is for you.
** What You’ll Do
*** Design and fabricate prototypes, tooling, and fixtures using manual and CNC equipment
* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes
* Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
* Create and update CAD models and drawings (Solid Works preferred)
* Assist with equipment repair and process documentation
* Partner with supply chain to support design changes and supplier development
** What You Bring
*** Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical/electronics technology
* 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with CNC and manual machining experience
* Proficiency in CAD/CAM (Solid Works, Feature

CAM preferred)
* Strong skills in process development, fixture design, and blueprint reading
* Experience with inspection tools and statistical process control (SPC, DOE a plus)
