Major Gifts Director - Education & Human Development

A prestigious university in Charlottesville, Virginia, is seeking a Director of Major Gifts for its School of Education and Human Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major-gift level donors and developing fundraising strategies. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in fundraising, particularly in higher education. A Master’s degree is preferred.

The anticipated hiring range is $100,000 - $115,000. This is a hybrid position requiring occasional in-person work.
