• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently for patient management

• NP degree from an accredited nursing institution
• Active Virginia NP license and valid DEA registration
• Proficient with EMR systems
• Post-Acute experience preferred
• Exhibit compassion, intelligence, motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a team
