Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Overview

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 1 year of experience for a mobile wound care role in Charlottesville, VA. This full- or part-time position offers flexible scheduling, typically ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work. • Conduct on-site wound assessments
• Provide treatment and follow-up care

• Document in EMRs

• Virginia licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Strong clinical skills and good communication
• Experience in home health is a plus
