Breakfast and Dinner Server

Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits, 20 minutes north of Scottsville

Part Time - on-site (under 30 hours per week - Mornings, 4 to 5 shifts per week ( 7:30am ' 11:30am) Afternoons (4:30 pm to 10:00pm) ' weekdays, weekends and holidays

$9.00 per hour base + tips average between $15 and $20 per hour

• Greet and educate guest on Trump Winery, the Albemarle Estate menu, wine and Charlottesville tourism
• Serve breakfast from a la cart menu to guests in an expeditious and highly guest-oriented fashion
• Setup and breakdown of continental breakfast
• Respond well to guest questions regarding Trump Winery, Trump Winery entrees and cuisine, winemaking, and Albemarle Estate
• Clean, organize, and stock the kitchen, storage rooms, and restrooms
• Use POS system

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Previous fine dining experience preferred
• Ability to interact with guests with all levels of fine dining and wine knowledge
• Ability to communicate professionally in person and on the phone at all times
• Ability to anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Pre-employment background check required
