Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner.
You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic business math and analytical skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of the shift.
