As a Retail Team Member, you will provide excellent customer service while ensuring a clean, fast, and friendly café atmosphere.

• Deliver fast, accurate service with a friendly smile, listening to guests’ needs.
• Maintain a clean, fast, and friendly café environment.
• Assist with daily management responsibilities and every‑day operations.
• Support team members in a collaborative, quality‑focused work environment.

• Must be able to stand and move for up to ten (10) hours in length.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reading and writing skills to facilitate communication.
• Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
