• Lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for General Merchandise areas of the store; conduct inventory accuracy, merchandise setup and maintenance, and pricing processes for GM areas.
• Support pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work to enable efficient delivery to guests.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and ensure price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking, packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without additional assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; capacity to remain mobile for shift duration.
