Job Description

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, and supporting key operational responsibilities.

• Assist customers in the lot and with non-sales tasks to support the store’s operations.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Support order fulfillment processes and ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as required.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers with minimal supervision.
• Maintain attention to detail and strong time management to meet store objectives.
• Demonstrate integrity and respond to operational concerns of all associates.
