You’ll start with a paid license preparation/training period. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you begin with an existing book of business and have the opportunity to grow it through your work and dedication.

• Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use the Customer Care Sales Model.
• Continuously prospect for sales opportunities.
• Collect premiums from policyholders according to a pre‑arranged schedule.
• Respond promptly to policyholder service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records, account for collected money, and process paperwork.

• Increase the agency size.
• Build strong working relationships with customers.
• Devote time necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills.

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to visit customers and prospects door‑to‑door.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with 100K/300K auto insurance coverage.
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
• Pass background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Licensing – Assistance and guidance for licensing exams.
• Basic Training – Includes self‑study, classroom time, role‑play, and extensive fieldwork.
• On‑the‑job training allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning.
