Empire Today is seeking proactive individuals to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes, helping them find the best flooring products for their needs.

Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire requesting in-home flooring estimates. You can also leverage the brand’s reputation to generate additional income through referrals and prospecting.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle with space for sample boards
  • Valid auto insurance
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Attend sales meetings and training, in person or virtual
  • Achieve monthly self-generated sales
  • Availability for evening and weekend appointments
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with tablets and laser measuring devices
  • Professional presentation, including Empire-branded apparel
