BDC Sales Representative

As a Automotive BDC Representative
, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required.

• Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments for sales departments
• Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and email to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.

• At least 2 years of previous customer service / BDC experience is required
• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
