Customer Opportunities + Support- customers:
You’ll receive 100 new customers per year from Redfin, in addition to your existing sphere of influence. - Technology:
Our proprietary CRM helps you manage your deals and maintain pipeline contact, alerting you when a client may be ready for another move. - Support: A dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents will assist you; our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them directly on your calendar.
- Competitive splits:
Earn competitive commissions on revenue from closed deals, with higher splits for repeat Redfin clients. - In‑year accelerators:
Unlock higher commissions through an accelerator after meeting a specified sales volume threshold. - Top‑producer perks:

- Zero agent fees:
We cover licensing, MLS dues, association fees, mileage, mobile plan, and other business costs. - Healthcare, 401(k), and more:

- Active and unrestricted real‑estate license.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
- Minimum of one year of residential real‑estate sales experience, or related real‑estate experience (including prior Redfin experience).
- Trusted advisor with proven success in guiding clients through buying and selling.
- Track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and generating referral business.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Comfortable with technology for business building and collaboration.
This is a commission‑based role with unlimited upside. Commissions are expected to range from $20,000 to $250,000, with an average of $85,000.
