Our 12 person team is looking to add two additional Account Managers to help provide world class service representing our office to our amazing loyal customers! We've experienced substantial growth over the nearly 20 years in business, and we are looking for TWO detail-oriented, high character individuals looking to work within a high performing team. • Establish and maintain customer relationships, and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, ask for referrals, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and lead by example with both willingness to learn and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to network and participate in community service events and other marketing opportunities.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
