As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security‑related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and assist with access control and alarm response as needed. Position Type:
Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Saturday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM;
Sunday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns.
• Document and report any unusual observations, incidents, or security‑related issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by following all operational guidelines and protocols specific to the location.

• Possess customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
