A Maintenance Technician is essential—resolving issues like refrigerator repairs, plumbing, or electrical fixes, ensuring residents' comfort and safety. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus!
Job Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems efficient and buildings in good condition.
- Carry out maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Complete necessary paperwork daily.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Use of private vehicle and tools necessary for the job.
This is a full-time role, typically Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with possible weekend hours during busy seasons. An optional on-call rotation is available for additional pay.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of apartment maintenance experience or similar work.
- Ability to obtain a CFC card or HVAC training.
