Lead Electrical Technician

The Lead Electrical Technician will oversee a crew of 2-3 people, focusing on the installation of energy-saving light fixtures and components. This role involves hands-on work, occasionally dealing with MC Cable and minimal wiring. The primary work location is in the Richmond Area, with occasional travel required to VA, MD, and NC.

• Oversee a crew of 2-3 technicians in the installation of energy-saving light fixtures and components.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

• Occasionally work with MC Cable and perform minimal wiring tasks.

• Travel occasionally to various locations including VA, MD, and NC to complete projects.

• Strong electrical aptitude and background.

• Experience in installing light fixtures.

• Leadership skills as a crew lead or lead technician.

• Reliable with strong attendance record.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlottesville, VA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Charlottesville, VA.
