The Public Service Commission seeks candidates to provide exceptional administrative support within diverse environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate administrative support services across departments
• Manage incoming calls and arrange appointments efficiently
• Draft, type, and process correspondence and reports
• Maintain updated records and filing systems accurately
• Assist with budget preparation and related documents
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 and an Office Studies diploma
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
• Proficient in Word processing and computer applications
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute minimum
• Good previous attendance and work record expected
